Five years ago, life took me in a different path. I left my career as a physician to start again with my family in a new country.
Mondragón Bakery has been an opportunity to develop a talent I used to share only with my family and now I have the amazing opportunity to share it with you. I hope you enjoy our fresh cakes, desserts and bread as much as my family and friends.
